The Rhythm of Water

The essence of the project is what emerges from the very heart of nature: water.
Port Kundu - There is the fundamental abundance of water in its land and location; there is water in its entirity. Using the idea of the indispensability of water, the architect has based the project around the banks of the Aksu River, surrounding our Port Kundu homes with
free flowing water. The lake fed by the water canals of the town, gives energy to the project, claiming to be a first in Turkey! Surrounded by sources of life-giving oxygen, this residential area is not only the guarantee of contentment, but also of a joie de vivre.

Mediterranean Architecture

Have you ever dreamt of a life in a town-by-the-sea? Dreams can come true at a place where the river reaches the sea, where Mediterranean Architecture reflects in the aura reminiscent of Kaleiçi in an extra-ordinary project… A project signed off by famous Mediterranean architect Xavier Bohl. A project where homes in small and secure streets have gardens, parking facilities and a spectacular view of water and green mountains.
Port Grimaud – another example of the famous Bohl ecole – showed how the spirit of Provence can flourish at the waterside. The architect has used water to blend and complement colourful architecture and awe-inspiring landscapes. There exist many other important pieces of work of Bohl in France, Libya, Dubai, Tunisia and Turkey..
